![]() ![]() Perhaps someone with an appropriate entitlement could nudge someone in Cisco's web/support team to reinstate the links/downloads, as the firmware was recently updated in Feb 2017, and existing users may need older versions for stepped upgrade or to convert back to SCCP say, after using SIP firmware etc. ![]() Unfortunately I don't have a support contract on a 7970G, so I couldn't raise a case. I think it would be to the benefit of Cisco and all users if this could be fixed. (See orphaned links below where the files are unfortunately unavailable at the moment.) It seems to me that the placeholder for the 7970/7971 has gone missing somehow. This makes no sense to me given how long ago, say the 7940 went EOL, but you can still get to their support pages. I tried to contact Cisco by phone and email to report the problem with the website, but was told it was because of the EOL announcement on the 7970G. ![]() The 7970G and 7971G firmware files (and for that matter the 7920G wifi phone) seem to have become orphaned from the 7900 series support pages. ![]()
